Due to the nature of construction permitting, Philly Kelsey & Co regularly provides referrals to licensed contractors previously engaged with the company. Solicitation of contractors is a courtesy provided to active clients of Philly Kelsey & Co at no cost. Philly Kelsey & Co maintains a list of several thousand companies that operate in Philadelphia. Job opportunities must be made by the client themselves using this form. Philly Kelsey & Co reserves the right to edit grammar of any written request for the sole purpose of distribution by email. Under no circumstances will contact information be shared and it is the responsibility of all clients of Philly Kelsey & Co to engage with any interested contractor that responds.
Distribution of Referrals
Project contacts are categorized by license type using Philly Kelsey & Co’s internal project management software and is distributed by email. There is no fee for leads and no limit to the number of leads delivered on behalf of one client if the referred company holds more than one type of license. Philly Kelsey & Co organizes contacts by license type available and enforced by Philadelphia’s Department of Licenses & Inspections. Philly Kelsey & Co adheres to all requirements and compliance measures set forth by the Department in order to deem as “verified.”
There is no finders fee. The company will cease communication if the referred contractor does not fulfill this obligation and the contractor will no longer receive leads from the firm (with or without notice).
